Ashley Hall

Operations Manager & Lawyer

Ashley is a rare breed of legal professional, combining multi-sector experience in high level business administration and strategy development with many years’ work as a qualified compensation lawyer.

It’s a balance she strikes every day at Lime Lawyers.

Her work at the firm is wide ranging and covers everything from marketing to office administration, HR, IT and accounts.

An experienced Personal Injury lawyer herself, she also brings that expertise to training and mentoring the team and enhancing the client experience.

When it comes to the firm’s approach Ashley believes in the mantra ‘small is beautiful’.

“It all comes down to people,” she says. “Our team has such open and honest relationships with our clients. Even when issues arise, we’re able to sit down and go through them rationally and sensibly to develop a strategy together.”

Ashley says that if she were to describe Lime, she would say the practice is enthusiastic, has a great thirst for knowledge and a genuine sense of camaraderie.

“My colleagues are all enthusiasts to learn and grow and be part of a team that does an excellent job for our clients and gets great outcomes.

“We’re all also very keen to learn new things, so we can know more, do more and grow more.

“And, our team’s camaraderie promotes very open conversations and support for each other and our clients.”

Ashley is a lynchpin in the Lime Lawyers’ offices. Her skills, bridging the gap between top level business administrative support and strong legal knowledge is another reason Lime is able to offer a truly fresh and unique approach to compensation law.

When she’s not working, Ashley is a basketball addict (maybe more appropriate for Pete’s the addict – I’m a supporter because of my son) , at every level, and loves holidays with family and friends.   I also love travel (holidaying with family and friends), cooking, design …. And our pets (rescue dogs and cats).
